Today the U.S. Supreme Court announced its decision to uphold the Affordable Care Act. Of concern to the Navajo Nation is the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, a provision in the sweeping health care law. Under the historic decision, the IHCA remains intact. A major victory for President Obama and congressional Democrats, the high court voted 5-4 with Chief Justice John G. Roberts as the deciding vote. Check out photos here.
